A great job done, in a short time. NFR communicates clearly and does it right.

Great niche service. You can def save a lot if your lenses are good. Very nice job on the frames; little clunky on automatically updating you but if you send them an email you’ll get a speedy response. Price point is steep considering you can cover more surface area on other items for that money but it may be a better value than new frames.
I would def trust them to do quality work and I am happy with my results/would use them again.

Northwest Frame Repair responded immediately with an estimate after receiving my glasses. They recommended the coating they felt would most closely match, but after reviewing all the available options, I decided to send for samples of the ones I liked best. The final product exceeded my expectations; the restored frames are better than the originals. The team at NFR were professional, responsive and definitely great at their job.
