Very professional job

My expensive frames for eye glasses had a broken bow joint. I contacted the optician and frame provider, both said they could not do the repair. I contacted Northwest who had me submit email form, I mailed frames to them, they gave me a price for repair and return mailing options. I sent in my glasses and got them back quickly, beautifully repaired. I LOVED my frames and am eternally grateful for the professional, immediate and finely done work by Northwest Frame Repair. A life saver!

I highly recommend Northwest Frame Repair. I had a pair of Tom Ford frames that had seen a lot of use. I looked for a new frames, but did not like any I tried as much as the old pair, but I was reluctant to put a new prescription in old, worn frames. So I found Northwest and decided to give them a try. My frames came back to me very quickly and absolutely looking like new. Thanks Northwest!

Exceptional service from Northwest Frame Repair, as always. Their knowledge, selection of new and availability of older parts as well as expertise in materials and processes puts them in a class of their own. If you need something professionally restored or fixed, do yourself a favor go with NFR. I had an older pair of American Optical Original Pilot frames that were issued to my uncle from 1973. NFR was able to swap out the bayonets with standard style temples as well as fix a couple weak welds where the nose pad arms attach to the frame using original AO parts. The welds were so precise and small there was no warpage and barely visible. I had taken my frames to 2 other frame shops and they wouldn't even attempt to perform the welds.
