Northwest Frame Repair is a reputable company that stands behind their one year warranty. I have had several pairs of eyeglasses repaired very well and satisfactory. One repair failed after a few months. NWFR told me to return the glasses, which I did. I received the re-repaired frames back in about 1 week, no charge.

I was so happy to have found NW Frame Repair! My favorite pair of Savile Row Windsor frames suffered a broken cable temple right at the flex point. I had a jeweler friend solder it back together, but it lasted only a month! I took a chance and shipped my frames clear across the country, I'm in NYC. I spoke to Sean on a number of occasions, and he could not have been more courteous. He assured me that he'd be able to get my frames back in service. A few weeks later my frames arrived back in NYC and I could not believe how incredible a job NW had performed. The weld and gold match were perfect! The break point was stable and strong, better than new. I cannot thank NW Frames enough and I highly recommend them no matter what is wrong with your frames. Thank you, NW Frames!

Northwest Frame Repair did an excellent job of repairing a pair of vintage Rayban Wayfarers that had been damaged in a car accident. They fixed a crack in one of the temples so that it’s virtually unnoticeable and the glasses fit perfectly again. They also cleaned and polished the frames so they look great. They were very responsive, prompt and efficient. Highly recommend!

Embedded hinge that broke on an expensive pair of sunglasses and NW Frames fixed them quickly, fairly priced and super friendly! I hope I have no more issues, but if i do, I’d definitely use them!!
