Working with Northwest frame repair was a very pleasant and professional experience. It was very simple to request what you wanted to have done through their online form and comment box for specific details. Anytime I called, there was always a professional and patient person on the other line, the turnaround time for my request, which happened to be two pairs of frames that received arms for nose pieces, Came back to me less than a week time. The opticians that I use, are planning to advertise their services to their customers through the detailed examples and explanations that they have on their website about their work. Look forward to using their services again. The glasses in the picture previously had the plastic extension that Comes with every pair of acetate frames and was not adjustable before they added the nose piece.

Northwest frame repair was fast. Friendly and did a nice job on fixing my sunglasses with new nose, arms and pads. Would highly recommend them for any Eyeglassware that you may need fixed repaired or replaced.
