Northwest Frame Repair has been excellent to work with! They replaced all the hardware on my old frames and powder coated them to restore their color. When my eye doctor chipped the powder coating in two spots while cutting my new lenses, Northwest Frame Repair fixed them under warranty without any hassles at all.
