I am so impressed with Nortwest Frame Repair. I broke the frame on my $500 pair of glasses and there didn’t seem to be any option but buy a new pair. Not only did Northwest save my favorite (irreplaceable) frames after the optical lab broke them inserting new lenses, they repaired them a second time when lab broke them again. I'd first heard of Northwest Frame Repair from a thread on Reddit. Communication with the staff was quick and easy! The breakdown they sent of each repair service was very thorough, the pricing accurate. They installed new lenses, refurbished the frame, as well as replaced the screws and realigned hinge barrels.
