I cannot thank this company enough for the incredible work they did restoring my grandmother’s vintage Ray-Bans from the 1960s. These glasses hold deep sentimental value, and I was nervous about trusting them to anyone. The repair work exceeded my expectations — they are in beautiful shape while still carrying the timeless character and gentle wear that makes them so special. It feels like they have been given a new life while preserving the history and love behind them. Northwest Frame Repair is the ONLY skilled artisan studio I have found that can repair vintage eyeglasses and / or alter or refurbished. They are reliable, good communicators, have an easy platform with instructions on how to get your items to them for quotes etc and I’m so grateful I found them because they’ve repaired / restored 4 pairs of really beloved frames I thought were done for, including frames that belonged to my father and my grandmother. Absolutely recommend.

I absolutely LOVE my new powder coated frames . I sent them 2 frames that I loved but I let my hair go grey and the gold tones that they were not flattering with my grey hair . I wanted to change them to cool tones , greys and blues .
The service was fantastic !

Fell on my face and broke both sides of my glasses right below the bridge. I was leaving for Europe in a couple days so they did a rush job to help me out. Glasses came out perfect. You can’t even see the repair. Vacation was saved. These people worked wonders. Highest marks.
