Sent a pair of American Optical in to have green gunk removed from the cable temple and had the nose pad changed. Glasses turned out looking like they were brand new

Quick and easy with no worries. Professional job for at least 4-5 antique frames by now. I wouldn't trust anyone else handling these. Thanks

Northwest MORE than lived up to my expectations! I had a pair of tortoise shell acetate frames that I LOVED...but unfortunately my parrot got a little overexcited and grabbed onto the edge and cracked the frame. Initially, I went in search of another pair that I could just flip the lens into...only to find the designer no longer makes that particular frame and no store I found in my Google Search had any left in stock (I even checked in Europe since the designer was French!).

So...off to NWFR they went. I was optimistic, but to be fair, I sent them with unknown certainty of what would happen.
