Very friendly, professional and cost effective and pretty quick on some repairs. I even had a pair of plastic frames break and they swapped my lenses to my old frames same day.

Northwest Frame Repair did the impossible and fixed my glasses, which I otherwise would have had to send to Korea. They resank the arms of my glasses into the acetate frame with skill. Now they look as good as new. The cost and processing time were very reasonable. No one else in New York City could fix these glasses (one-of-a-kind, handmade). Highly recommended.

My original frames were gold plated or polished. But the polish started to peel. I took them everywhere but no one could fix them. Then I found Northwest Frame Repair. They were able to use 18K gold on my frames and completely restore them. If you need your glasses/frames restored in any way, I highly recommend them. 5 star rating is not enough for their quality of work.
