Thank you for the SUPER SPEEDY repair on my glasses!! They are perfect!

I had a pair of Cazal 650 black eyeframes where the glossy coating began peeling from where they install your prescription lenses - likely from the edges of the lenses that rub against the inner part of the frame when installed. Over time, it got worse and eventually it spread to the external front part of the eyeframes on the right-side and eventually became matted/dull looking, even after multiple attempts of DIY cleaning/polishing.

I tried contacting the store where I originally purchased them and they said Cazal and its manufacturer would not cover this issue under the warranty. You would think they would consider them since I bought other Cazal frames from the place - and these things aren't cheap and should be more resilient! Moreover, I also learned these Cazal 650 eyeframes are no longer available as they are now discontinued.

This place has been the answer to my prayers! I had several metal frames which I loved, but it was time to update the colors after 10+ years. Tiffany did outstanding work with two-tone powder-coating in the custom colors I selected, and I now have a new "wardrobe" of frames for all occasions. She's also glossed up my favorite acrylic frames which were looking a little worn. Good as new! Professional and responsive, I'm so happy to have found them!!

My prior review was done “post-haste” for lack of a better explanation.
I have 2 pair of eyeglasses(not cheap)that were relegated to the “drawer”,you know the one with everything in It.The place that sold me the eyewear said they couldn’t be repaired and I’d need new frames....bwope!!! For what I paid for these glasses they ought to have given me replacements,alas and much to my chagrin ...in the drawer they went.
So,Julia said ,”dad why don’t you find a place OnLine that fixes glasses.”
So I did ..and it was good !...They do splendid work and for a nominal fee you get your eyes back and lose the crummier cheaters.So take the plunge you won’t be disappointed.

I completely support this company! I live on the peninsula where we don’t have many eye glass repair people. Tiffany is amazing! I mailed them in and she fixed them all up and mailed them back . I can see lol I recommend this company 💯!!

Northwest is incredible! I had a two-toned pair of very expensive eyeglass frames that I desperately wanted to be all black. I searched forever trying to find a way to re-paint them. Somehow I found Northwest after a year of research - haha.. -
Within less than a week, I sent my frames and they were returned exactly as I had dreamt of. So happy! Super affordable - but most importantly, excellent craftmanship and customer service.
