Tiffany has mastered the lost art of eyewear frame restoration and repair. So far, there is nothing that I have seen that she cannot repair, modify or restore.

If I was to write out the entire saga of getting my frames refurbished, it would be a surprisingly long tale with some close calls and frustrating setbacks. But I’ll spare you the details. The important thing is that the epic story has a happy ending, and it’s due to the persistence, thoughtfulness, and excellent work of Tiffany Tolle-Liberty. In short, I was blown away. Thank you for the SUPER SPEEDY repair on my glasses!! They are perfect!

I had a pair of Cazal 650 black eyeframes where the glossy coating began peeling from where they install your prescription lenses - likely from the edges of the lenses that rub against the inner part of the frame when installed. Over time, it got worse and eventually it spread to the external front part of the eyeframes on the right-side and eventually became matted/dull looking, even after multiple attempts of DIY cleaning/polishing.

I tried contacting the store where I originally purchased them and they said Cazal and its manufacturer would not cover this issue under the warranty. You would think they would consider them since I bought other Cazal frames from the place - and these things aren't cheap and should be more resilient! Moreover, I also learned these Cazal 650 eyeframes are no longer available as they are now discontinued.
