What great work! Can’t be happier, I had been using my Cutlass and Gross frames for ten years and they were looking terrible. I was about to give up when I found Northwest Frame Repair. They cleaned them up, re-polished and realigned. Even clean up the hardware... they look like new. Thank you for such an incredible work!

My favorite metal Kliik frame from years ago developed chips in the paint, so I threw them in the back of a cupboard and have worn different frames in the years since then. Recently I discovered them while cleaning out that cupboard and decided to reorder them. Much to my dismay, I found out they were discontinued. So in my online search to see if I could somehow paint them myself (which I'm sure would have been a huge disaster), I discovered Northwest Frame Repair. Tiffany patiently answered all my questions via email. After ordering several powder coating color swatches, I chose an entirely different color than the original (not an easy task considering they have 1000's of color choices) and mailed the frames in. Turnaround time was quick and the frames are gorgeous, just like brand new, and I love the new color! I will definitely be using this company again when it's time to...

Northwest Frame Repair did a fantastic job repairing and renovating an old pair of prescription CEBE glacier glasses that I have owned and used for 25 years. Interactions with Ryan and Tiffany were efficient and courteous, they turned the pair of glasses around fast, and the glasses arrived in impeccable condition - like new. Now they are ready for another 25 years of punishing use in the mountains! I really recommend Northwest Frame Repair enthusiastically for any repair job on glasses. They are fantastic.

Repaired Charmant Titanium frames that 3 other shops could not. I had sat on, break was at nose area , then a few months with extra care in use did break again. I sent back, with an Invite to frame the costly lenses any ole frame will do and I would pay for a new frame gladly . Got my Charmants back repaired and shiny clean, "no charge". My man is in Hospisc with hours to live and I had needed my eyewear to read meds. Nothing in all these weeks caused me to cry but this generiosity did , done because of the personal heart mindset of customer care and business intrigrity, done without knowing my life situation. They are a CLASS ACT with awesome and prompt customer service, super-fair pricing and the craftsmanship is out-of-this-world! They have gloriously restored a client’s beloved Italian frames which had been horribly gnarled up by client’s pup, done precision and aesthetically beautiful soldering and hinge repairs as well as some really nice “sprucing up” of frames that just needed it!
