I was so relieved to find parts here for a favorite pair of frames I love that are no longer available. They were very helpful, know exactly what I was looking for, and I got what I needed quickly.

You guys did a fantastic job on my old vintage glasses that I had stepped on and were really messed up . You brought them back to give them a second life ! Good work .

I sent 4 pairs of AO sunglasses in various conditions and no longer made. One pair had prescription lenses that never fit correctly. All glasses came back with new parts and fit perfectly.

I sent four pairs of AO sunglasses, one pair was prescription. The prescription pair was done by LensCrafters, the lenses never fit correctly. Now they do perfectly.

The other frames were repaired and parts replaced. These are frames that I have worn for years because they fit me well. Now I have them for a lot more years.

I sent 3 pairs of my husbands favorite sunglasses to Northwest Frame Repair and I wish I had know about them sooner. My husbands sunglasses are expensive and over the years we would just replace the entire pair of sunglasses as they got old and worn down. Northwest Frame Repair restored the frames I sent and they are like new again. I will be using them from now on to repair all of our frames. I can’t recommend them enough.

I will tell you this - those frames are over 20 years old, The way the sales lady in Gulf Shores, AL sold them to me was simple, she took them and twisted them left and right saying "you can't break them", I was so impressed - I bought them !! I adventure outside all year long, and Flexible Titanium frames were what I needed - I am in a boat or outside every chance I get - having a good pair of sun glasses is part of my life - these were the best I ever had.

Since the day I dropped them and broke the lenses, almost 18 months ago I have tried on literally hundreds of pairs, purchased 6 different ones through Amazon, and returned them all - I had tried a company...
