it's a real pleasure to write this overwhelmingly positive review for northwest frame repair. they saved an irreplaceable pair of glasses that had been sitting broken, forlornly in my dresser drawer. i didn't know exactly what i would do with them but i just couldn't get rid of them.

then i found northwest and sent them my glasses, figuring i had nothing to lose. so much better than "nothing to lose" - my glasses are back and stronger than before. i rate them 10 out of 5 stars. have already recommended to many of my friends.

I was very impressed! My frames had been worn for 20 years and were about to be tossed into the garbage. Decided to try NW Frame and was completely shocked when my glasses came back. They look brand new! Thanks Northwest Frame Repair for resurrecting my favorite pair of frames.

Good experience all around. I called and was able to talk to someone. They gave me mailing instructions and I sent my titanium frames USPS to them. They emailed promptly with an estimate. They recommended replacing the nose pads, which I hadn’t asked for, for a only $10. They emailed with an invoice once the work was done. I paid, I think, with PayPal or a credit card. The cost was very reasonable - $50 for a weld repair versus the $300 to $400 it would have cost me to get a new temple piece (not to mention how long it would have taken to get it from Europe). And I got the glasses back in good shape and very promptly. I have a one year warranty on the work and I am very pleased.

I had a broken hinge of my sunglasses. It was so tiny and mostly it was a plastic so I’ve got several rejections from other repair shops. Northwest Frame Repair was my very last chance and they’ve given me a really good repairs which I LOVE IT. Even though it was a tiny hinge part they had to repair which I know it must’ve been hard, they’ve done soooo good. Most importantly, I’m so glad how they suggested me the option before they started repairing mine. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!!

Northwest Frame Repair straightened ( back to factory specs) my American Optical pair of Pilot sunglasses. They also replaced the eroded plastic ends on the bows. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to send them any glasses frames for repair. Top notch Business!
