When I was told that what I was looking for is not possible due to the type of frame I sent in I was given an option. And considering that the price was very fair I figured “why not”….
When I received my frame back I was blown away at the quality of work.
We sent in a 6 year old heavily used frame and basically received an absolutely brand new frame that exceeded my expectations… we WILL be using this service again in the future without hesitation…

Just stop looking and send these lovely people your glasses. Get a box. Put your glasses in there with the information they need and then mail them. Be done with it! I promise you that your glasses will make it and they will be repaired with a quick turn around. It's easy, painless, and reliable.

I inherited my father's gold half-moon glasses, bought in London during the swinging 70s. To my surprise, I ended up needing to wear them, and am sorry to say that I was very rough on them -- the nose piece was twisted and they were about to drop in two from repeated bending and adjusting. When I got new glasses, I sent my Dad's to NW Frame Repair, hoping that they would at least be able to salvage them enough so I could show them to the grand-kids someday. Holy cow! They repaired, refurbished and reconstructed my father's old frames so that they are better than new! Not clunky repairs, either, but invisible, skillful work that retains every bit of the original style and grace. Send them your broken glasses! You won't be sorry!
