First time with NFR. Their work is simply brilliant. Their process is simple, straightforward, and fast. Prices are reasonable, and given quality of work, astounding value for money. Initially, spoke with NFR, as well as two other frame repair firms found online. In speaking with all three firms before proceeding, only NFR was personable and gracious. The other two conveyed arrogance, superiority and a sense of self-importance that was a real put-off. Simply cannot say enough about NFR. Great work, good people. In fact, have sent two more older frames for repair / refurbishment.
