Northwest Frame Repair is totally awesome! They did an outstanding job in repairing my favorite green acetate eye glass frame. They look BRAND NEW AGAIN!!! I highly recommend them and will call on them again if I need an eye glass frame repaired!

I am one very happy client now. I thought that I was going to have to give up my AO Pilot frames with comfort cable temples. I was wrong. Northwest Frame Repair came through and sent me exactly what I needed to have new glasses made. The temples were installed with no issues. I am wearing my new glasses as I type this review.

The staff at NFR are really wonderful. The person who helped me (OH POOH! I FORGOT HER NAME! I'M SO EMBARRASSED!!!!) was a pleasure to engage. She was very knowledgeable and quite pleasant, too.

I have older parts for my AOs that will be going back for service soon. With this company I can rest assured that my favorite eyeglass frames will remain available for a long, long time.

I love this company because they are very fast, very responsive to emails and do amazing repairs. I recently had my 3rd pair of glasses brought back from irreparable death, or so I thought, after my husband stepped on them in the driveway. They were my favorite prescription sunglasses that I wear daily. Don’t know how they do it. Very happy customer!

Absolutely great customer service, quick turnaround ! I sent a pair of rare vintage sunglasses to them after they were sent to another eyewear repair for the same repair Northwest was able to correct their bad work and bring the sunglasses to perfect condition.
