They repaired a broken pad arm on my glasses and it was beautifully done.

They are amazing! I sent my Dior glasses to them with a broken frame, and they did an incredible job fixing them. They look brand new! The frame had plated gold, and they restored that perfectly as well. I’m so happy with their work. I truly recommend this place—it’s fantastic! They did an outstanding job!

now I don’t have to worry if an optical lab breaks my frame and tries to blame it on a manufacturer defect .the division of consumer protection in New York basically left me hanging , they said after 15 days if the optical lab that was mounting my lenses doesn’t contact them then they will try to contact them again but still no resolution with them unfortunately.

Excellent work and fair pricing. Fast turnaround as well. This is the second time I’ve used Northwest for my vintage sunglasses, they do not disappoint.

NFR has revived two of my favorite pairs of eye glasses. Both came back looking like they were brand new! The turn around was quick, too. Highly recommended.

They turned a pair of gunmetal darker frames to shiney palladium silver like magic. Will come back for more.
