I had a mishap and bent the frames pretty good and knew it was beyond my ability to fix. I emailed them, they said no problem and I sent the glasses off.

I received a call from Jessica about the frames and the repair Tiffany would do. I was warned about possible metal fatigue and when I received the glasses back, they look as good as new!

You couldn’t ask for more, they do awesome work.

I was skeptical but I had no choice, I had two frames that’s how much I liked them I sent them out one needed a hinged fix and both needed that thing where the handles turned white, THEY CAME BACK NEAR PERFECT, I looked couldn’t believe my eyes they looked almost brand new, the inside part of the handles were not done but at the end of the day that part no one sees so I wasn’t sweating it, I was nervous because I couldn’t remember if I gave them my email address when I shipped them out, so I called and to my surprise the person I spoke too was actually looking at my note with my phone number, so I gave my email adddress but was given a text that it was completed and could of paid via a link they sent, sending out and receiving them back took less than 7 business days also got a ups link when I was to receive them
