My experience from start to finish was first rate. I tripped on a sidewalk and broke one arm of my glasses right off. I feared going to my optician, figuring that I’d get the hard sell for new frames. Then my son told me about you folks. Had glasses back in a week or so. Better than new. Fees very reasonable. Thanks!

They did a solid job of welding on a replacement nose pad support and did it in the time and budget they estimated. I didn't want to pay to powder coat the little wire to match the red of the frame but they welded on something close enough in color so you'd never notice. Can't ask for more!

Great service. Spoke with Tiffany, then Jessica and both were friendly and most helpful. Jessica found what I needed, put them wrapped 'WAY securely and shipped them that day. Got the parts within a couple of days, exactly what I ordered. Couldn't ask for more.

Extraordinary service. They are magicians, I sent them 2 pairs of glasses - one just needed the hinge fixed, the other was completely mangled with the lenses out and everything. Both pairs were sent back in new condition and in my hands less than 2 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to send them anything

Great service. The repair/replacement was high quality. Their CS always replied in a timely manner. I was only without my glasses for a week using Priority Mail as the return option. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for restoring my late grandfather's American Optical frames for me to wear, 46 years later.

The frames are vintage plastic, and both the hinges and temple arms would have been very delicate in terms of the work required, as the plastic got somewhat brittle over time.

I appreciate that you sent me back my grandfather's original lenses, after placing my new prescription lenses into the frames!

I cannot sing their praises enough. 10/5. I mangled my Chanel frames. Bent in half, lenses out, absolute chaos. They look brand new and they saved me thousands on a new pair (I have extraordinarily poor vision) (first pic are the framed fixes, the others are the before)
