The customer service was great. I called in to describe the damage to my Burberry sunglasses and they promptly responded stating they likely could fix them and even offered an accurate pricing estimate over the phone. I sent the glasses in via the instructions provided, and received them back within 2 weeks looking BRAND NEW! I would definitely use them again (hopefully I dont need to) for any repairs even on more expensive styled sunglasses.

After multiple glasses repair shops told me the only option for my broken frames was to throw them out, I was about to sadly comply when all of a sudden I was informed that the only place in the US that can fix my glasses is Northwest. I was skeptical at first, but the process was very simple and efficient. I got my good as new eyeglasses back in no time! I am so grateful I didn’t have to throw out my frames! Thank you Northwest!

I have nothing to say about Northerst frames but excellent service, peompt, and workmanship that can not be beat. They polished, replated 2gold frames and replaced nose pads and cable temple covers. Both frames look better than brand new!
