I was given replacement frames by IC Berlin. I originally had lavender color over metal. Really liked it but it started scratching off after a few months. IC Berlin replaced them. Again after several months the paint started chipping off again. This time I C Berlin would replace with either a black or rose gold frame. I chose rose gold and when I got them I tossed them in the drawer I hated the shine and color. Stumbled across NW on an internet search. Chose my prismatic color and got then back and love them. They have a year long warranty so fingers crossed.

Northwest Frame Repair did a fantastic job of bringing my 1940's Victory frames back to their original splendor. The plastic had deteriorated, and there were cracks which I didn't know could be repaired. But now they look new again, at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

I had been looking for a long time for this kind of service. I had a pair of Chanel sunglasses that cost a fortune and I literally wore out the finish.
