Their response to my initial inquiry about services was very fast. Turnaround time on the repair was very good also. Performed services as required…cleaned and replaced parts. Only negative was the nosepads weren’t put on straight but easy enough to bend into place. Would use them again.

Northwest Frame Repair is AMAZING! My Tom Ford eyeglass frames are made of very thin wire. The arm broke into two pieces very near the hinge. I had just replaced the lenses. The frames are almost 2 years old so I returned to where they were purchased and they provided me the contact information for Northwest Frame Repair. I was surprised to find the repair they made is undetectable and my frames are like new.

Northwest Frame Repair did one pair for me a few months ago and they worked so well, I sent in two other frames to repair. The quality was great. But one must pay a bit more for that quality.

NW Frame did a great job on my frames. My wife will be sending frames soon to see what can be done.
