I had a very sentimental pair of glasses of my grandmothers that were broken while getting new lenses. I was told nothing could be done. I found Northwest Frame repair online. The owner responded on Facebook messenger very quickly. Literally the easiest thing on the planet to mail my frames to them. 50 dollars and only one week later I had my glasses fixed. I can’t say enough about this company. Truly a great experience and they gave me the one thing I have of my grandmothers. Love love love

I had an absolutely excellent experience at Northwest Frame Repair. Easy to follow instructions on getting my frames sent to them. Prompt response via email about needed repair and cost. Once I approved proceeding, repair was done quickly and glasses were sent back to me immediately once I received email confirming repair done and I paid online. The best part was the quality of the repair. I really can’t believe how well they have been fixed. You can see where they were broken only if you know to look. I spent $130 to have glasses I love restored to me instead of much costlier replacements.
