I have a pair of glasses that I probably spent too much money for.
when the part of the frame that holds the lens broke, and where I bought them couldn't help, I thought; "well, that's a costly lesson"

the steps were easy, the turn around was fast, and the price was affordable.
absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

They turned my 15-year-old glasses into a brand new pair. I loved the way these old glasses had fit me, and could never find a new model that was exactly the same. Northwest frame repair powder coated them perfectly, and replaced the lenses. I’m in love with the color, and the prescription is perfect. Great work, highly recommended.

Quick response, polite communication, fast service. A screw holding the frame broke off and I couldn't get it out, Northwest fixed them and got them back to me in a few days. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

After emailing with a representative, I mailed my glasses out and they came back a week later perfectly fixed, for less than $50 (including shipping there and back) for a $200+ pair of ray bans. It was more than what I expected!

My original frames were gold plated or polished. But the polish started to peel. I took them everywhere but no one could fix them. Then I found Northwest Frame Repair. They were able to use 18K gold on my frames and completely restore them. If you need your glasses/frames restored in any way, I highly recommend them. 5 star rating is not enough for their quality of work.
