I think that there work as well as service is worth the money. There service is great and they keep you informed in every step. Turn around time is very good an yes I'd recommend them if you have a frame you like and they can't be replaced. I also showed them to my Ophthalmologist who agreed the work was nice.

Living on the East coast , sending my favorite pair of Morgenthal Fredericks - new customer, I was honestly a bit concerned.
But the reviews were great and talking to them was great so I dove in and sent my shades.
Let me tell you none of my fears were warranted. NFR was unbelievable- responsive, tremendous customer service, so many great options. They analyzed my frames and gave me feedback and suggestions that really improved the final product. Once they do a complete review of the frames they send a proposal with suggestions and pricing .
I picked what I wanted - I went with the Palladium metal plating and full restoration on the horn arms and when I got my frames back they looked and felt absolutely brand new . Perhaps better than new .
I highly recommend NFR and will only use them in the future!!!

Northwest frame repair is the only place I found that could/would repair my Acrylic JMM frames. And they did an expert job. They were timely, considerate and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy I was recommended to this place by my optometrist office. I broke my glasses frame and they couldn’t fix it. I contacted this “northwest frame repair” company and sent them a picture of my broken glasses. I followed the instructions of how to send them to be fixed. They were constantly In touch with me and gave me a very fair price to repair them. In the next few days I paid them and within a few more days they were delivered like new back to me. I am extremely happy with their work.

These guys are absolutely magical! I'm not even kidding! I've used their services several times now and each time, the service is remarkable! I asked one of the representatives if there were perhaps little elves with magic wands in the work shop. I will without doubt, use their services again.

I had them do a full restoration on a pair of 60’s wayfarers… the results are incredible! They are nearly perfect.

This place is unbelievable and I would like everyone who wears glasses to know about them! I myself just stumbled on them, on the internet, and I was gobsmacked. I didn't know places like this existed, frankly. I took a very deep breath and mailed them my frames from Boston, and they did an incredible, fairly priced job of a lot of touching up the paint. That was over five years ago. I recently sent the same pair of glasses back to them to repair a hinge. These specs are 20+ years old and I'm hoping they last another 20! Northwest Frame Repair is fabulous.
