Northwest Frame Repair

OPTICIAN OR MAGICIAN?! In a freak accident ( aka my computer fell onto my glasses) my horn frames broke in 4 places! I was incredibly sad because horn frames are supposed to last a lifetime and cost a pretty penny (for reference the brand is Hoffmann). I've had these frames for about 10 years now and we were going strong. The place I bought them from in NYC said they couldn't be repaired. I live in Santa Barbara, and one store here recommended Northwest Frame Repair. I initially emailed them with pictures and Sean was so quick and responsive. The entire experience was so seamless- mailing them in, the quote, and payment. I am so impressed and so grateful! Highly recommend!

They were able to actually repair my broken frame as opposed to having to buy a new frame! I certainly didn't expect that. I haven't been offered that option before! And it was repaired at a very reasonable cost!
