WOW!! That’s all I can say. I live in Florida any optometrist recommended Northwest frame repair as an option for my husband‘s classes. I looked online for the options and saw that I could send in the glasses. I wasn’t sure since I was sending it across the country if it actually would work. I called and spoke to Seth live and he walked me through the process. he also shared there may be two options for the glasses. One would be restoring with polish or going to an Mattt finish.
After discussing it with my husband, we decided to give it a shot. So I packed up his glasses sent it to Washington State and waited. Northwest was able to repair my sunglass frames that no other company could fix. The process was simple and fast and they did an excellent job.

Quick turnaround, glasses repair was satisfactory, a little pricey.
