Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

I am writing an update to this review… I did rate them 5 star but after dealing with the poor customer service, lack of follow up and 2 of our windows literally shattering one as we are sitting eating breakfast, I must drop them to 1 star. And if I could give them Zero or negative stars I would. Having your window pop and shatter suddenly without cause is a startling experience but what is more shocking is the absolute horrible customer service and blatant disregard for their warranty and care for the customer. And that is what sold us on this company.

We have had one of the shatter windows replaced but it took around 6 months to get it done. And this one that is still broken and waiting to be replaced… we have been waiting nearly a year and can’t get a call back or an update.

To add to the troubles, the initial install ended up being awful. It looked great...

We are considering new interior doors to the addition we had added to the rear of our home. Our search for the company for the project was easy; we contacted NexGen windows as they came to mind right away. Brent had replaced most of the exterior windows in our Lakewood home in 2009. The windows have done exceptionally well over the past 16 years with no leaks, minimal air infiltration and total satisfaction. We have no doubts that NexGen will provide the best service and superior installation on this project.

Nex Gen staff were very easy to work with from sales to installation. (Sales: Mitchell, Project Manager: Neil; installation crew: Eduardo and entire crew). All were very polite, professional and highly skilled. The new windows are fantastic! We can now see outside!

More great service from Nex-Gen. Thank you Mike and Carrie for doing such a fantastic and speedy job of repairing our hail-damaged door and window screens. And working with someone as personable as you, Mike, is such a pleasure. Thank you!

I love my New Gen windows! Both crews were fast and skilled and friendly. Eduardo led the crew this week- they were awesome. I appreciate Shon and Cari’s help in their assistance. I just complete my house window project with Nex-Gen and love them! Friendly, efficient team ( shout to Eduardo and crew, Shon and Cari) and a great product! I had half the house done several years ago and the windows are easy to clean, efficient, sound. So thrilled to have them all in! Now on to the siding!

They are not trustworthy they aren't returning phone calls and they keap our $1000 deposit don't trust anything Caleb says they screwed up our financing and didn't follow up on our deposit so don't trust them.
