Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We replaced five windows with Infinity from Marvin using Nex-Gen and could not be happier with the windows and the service. The company (Nex-Gen) seems to be very well run and everyone we dealt with (from the salesperson Ted to the owner Brent) was very responsive and professional every step of the way. When a minor issue arose with a screen, Brent made sure everything was taken care of and made sure we were 100% satisfied. I intend to continue replacing windows on my home using Nex-Gen. I highly recommend Nex-Gen and Marvin windows.

We recently had Nex-Gen replace our deck door with a Marvin sliding French door and our master bedroom window with an Infinity window by Marvin. When I first walked into the Nex-Gen showroom to explain what we needed and see what they had, I also indicated that we were in a bind because we had already contracted to have siding put on, but then discovered that our deck door and master bedroom window were partially rotted. This meant having to get a new door and window ordered and installed fast before the siding contractors started.
Ted Rajewski offered to go to our home that very afternoon to take the necessary measurements, and once he saw where we needed the replacement door and window, he advised me as to which product we should use in each spot. Of the other door and window companies I researched, all said it would be 8-16 weeks before they could get products for us, but...

Each person, from sales to installation, to staining, has been professional and meticulous for excellent experience and installation of a fine product!! We are very glad we chose the Marvin Infinity window product and the Nex-Gen folks to provide their fine service!

We had our windows installed over two years ago and couldn't be happier with them. During installation, there was damage to some of our walls and the company happily fixed the damage and listened to any concern we had. About a month after installation, we noticed a crack in one of the windows and they came right over and replaced the pane. I would highly recommend this company to install windows.

We needed to replace our 25 year old windows. We got quotes from several replacement window companies. Infinity by Marvin with Next Gen's installation was by far the best value. What a difference!! Much warmer. No more whistling when the wind blows. Much less outside noise. Next Gen did a great job on the installation.

Our wood windows were 23 years old, cold, noisy, and very hard to open. We researched several different products and companies, but the Infinity windows from Marvin seemed like the best replacement window product on the market. The low maintenance and durability of the fiberglass windows really impressed us. After having them installed, we're amazed at how much warmer and quieter the rooms are where the windows were installed.

We visited the Nex-Gen Exteriors booth at the Northern Colorado Home Show in Spring 2015 and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the windows. We looked at a lot of different windows, but didn't decide on Infinity until Fall 2015. The representative stayed in touch with us throughout the Summer, but we never felt any high pressure sales tactic like some of the other companies.

Excellent product! Had 5 windows replace 2 years ago, hail damage. Had another 3 windows replace 2 months ago and are saving our pennies to have the remaining 3 windows replaced this spring. We did have some communication problems dealing with Nex-Gen for our first order. We understood with the volume of hail damage replacements the schedule for ordering and installing really was troublesome. After getting this resolved, and Nex-Gen making things right, we again were very satisfied with the project. For our second order we worked with Jason. Jason has the expertise of actually working in the manufacturing plant before being in sales. Jason was involved in the installation and of course the final inspection. Joe did the staining on the interior Everwood for both installations. He took his time to match the existing wood trim and pointed out the changing light in our dining...

I replaced all of my original basement windows (5) with Infinity windows from Nex-Gen. These windows have been a huge improvement and have eliminated the dust, dirt, water, and bugs that used to find their way through the old windows. The windows glide open and shut effortlessly and were installed all in one day. The installers were professional, courteous, and made the installation look better than the old installed windows. I have had these windows now for more than one year and have gone through winter cold and spring rain with NO issues. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.
