Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

n May of 2018 we had Nex-Gen Exteriors install 22 windows in our Mountain log home in Glacier View Meadows in Colorado using the Infinity by Marvin windows and we couldn't be happier with the product, installation and the company spirit. The fit and finish of their product is amazing which was more difficult because of our log home design. This was a large job so we took several quotes from competitors but found their product the best for our needs and at a price that was quite reasonable. From start to finish, Nex-Gen (including Ted, Rick, Brent and Trent) were highly professional and trustworthy and I can easily recommend them to you for your next job - in fact, they are the only ones I would trust. We just had all of the windows and glass doors in our home replaced by Nex-Gen Exteriors. The entire process from selecting the Marvin Infinity replacements in the showroom, measuring each area for a precise fit, and installing the new windows and doors went wonderfully. Everyone at Nex-Gen was available for questions and promptly answered them. The installation team was very knowledgeable and nice to work with and they did a great job despite the challenging terrain around our home. We highly recommend both Marvin Infinity and the Nex-Gen team.

We just had a large sliding door installed at our home. We were concerned about possible damage to the hardwood floors and the stucco exterior. Everything went smoothly. The installers were very careful to protect the floor and a couch that was nearby. They spent all day taking out the old door and putting in the new door. It was apparent that they took great care in the whole process. As the new door was thicker than the old door, they modified the hardwood floor and the surrounding wall. You would never know as everything was professionally finished. They cleaned up all of the mess and even washed the new door window. They spent time explaining how this new door would keep rain from coming in (unlike our old door that leaked badly). The Nex-Gen showroom was a great way to envision which window option would be best for our home. We did all 39 windows in our home of 24 yrs. They look great! All customer service was excellent and the window crew great to work with, very knowledgeable (even made some quick fixes to a sticking or not shutting door for us) after they got tired of dealing with them! They were very careful of garden plants and both the inside and outside look wonderful! We are very pleased and look forward to many years enjoying our new windows!

The quality of the doors from this company (Pro Via) are unmatched. Jason Goldsmith the salesperson was amazing - very precise in his information, patient, helpful and going to all lengths to make sure that we were taken care of in every way. He was prompt in responding to questions, wonderful communication and very personal. He was confident that we would love these doors and we do. My husband and I had spent 3 1/2 months looking at Pella doors, and every other door in between with various companies, but nothing seemed to be a very good quality or at a reasonable cost. Hands down we prefer the Pro Via over Pella doors including the quality and the incredible warranty. Excellent service and quality product. Ted, Brent and Rick were an amazing team. They were courteous, knowlegable, and did a truly professional job from start to finish. Our installer, Rick arrived on time, got right to work, and kept us updated on the progress of the installation throughout the day. He cleaned up at the end of the day and left no mess behind. 5 star product, 5 star service.
