The quality of the doors from this company (Pro Via) are unmatched. Jason Goldsmith the salesperson was amazing - very precise in his information, patient, helpful and going to all lengths to make sure that we were taken care of in every way. He was prompt in responding to questions, wonderful communication and very personal. He was confident that we would love these doors and we do. My husband and I had spent 3 1/2 months looking at Pella doors, and every other door in between with various companies, but nothing seemed to be a very good quality or at a reasonable cost. Hands down we prefer the Pro Via over Pella doors including the quality and the incredible warranty. Excellent service and quality product. Ted, Brent and Rick were an amazing team. They were courteous, knowlegable, and did a truly professional job from start to finish. Our installer, Rick arrived on time, got right to work, and kept us updated on the progress of the installation throughout the day. He cleaned up at the end of the day and left no mess behind. 5 star product, 5 star service.

Wow! What a great team of people. Jason led us through the process of replacing 18 windows on our 25 year old home. We knew with where we live that we didn’t want vinyl or wood windows due to the extreme weather conditions so we opted to check out Marvin windows. We couldn’t be happier. LOVE our new windows! Our room is much warmer (when it's cold outside) than it was before. And the guys who did the installation were really good - professional, courteous, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Very happy overall and would highly recommend Next-Gen for new windows.

The vinyl windows in our townhouse were 20 years old and showing signs of their age. We contacted several companies for bids. Some of the presentations were really long. We really appreciated Ted's selling style of letting the product speak for itself. He didn't waste our time. His pitch was informative and very low pressure.
