Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

What a refreshing experience I've had so far with Nex-Gen.
They were the third company I got a price from, but they were the only ones that didn't threaten me, push me into anything or make me feel guilty for not signing a contract right on the spot.
They gave me honest advise, were incredibly knowledgeable and left it up to me to make the decision.
From the initial contact, and with every step of the process so far, I've only encountered friendly and patient people.
I am actually excited about my window replacement project now.

Ted at NexGen was enormously helpful in identifying beautiful glass and high quality windows and doors for our glassed in porch. An all season usable space with light for every time of year. Rick and his crew were highly skilled and prompt in accomplishing a top quality installation. All the NexGen team were a delight to work with. Great communication and prompt response. Production manager Hunter could not have been easier to talk with and nicer in his response. We would recommend them for any creative work that is meant to last.

Working with Nex-Gen has been an excellent experience. Ted, our sales rep, was very patient and listened to our needs regarding our replacement windows. He explained in thorough detail the difference in glass types and quality of construction. The price was very competitive and the process of installation could not have gone smoother. Had windows put installed by Nexgen and they were awesome. Windows look great. Ted who is our rep is a really nice person. Fixed a problem we had from pet damage in one day.

We spent a lot of time researching different brands of replacement windows and Marvin Infinity was by far the best and we are very happy with our new windows! Nex-Gen did a great job of keeping us informed during the order/build process; the installers were meticulous and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up the "mess" (created by the stucco exterior we have) both inside and out and even cleaned the windows for us. I would definitely recommend Nex-Gen and Marvin Windows!!!

Great service and very competitive price. I had 13 windows replaced and the process couldn't have been smoother. I am very pleased with the end result and for the next project going straight back to them.

Ted was wonderful to work with and the install team was excellent. Very professional and friendly guys. We did our main floor and loved our new windows so much we called the next week to order/schedule the remainder of the windows in our home. Cleaning will be so easy I am actually looking forward to washing windows now!
