Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We decided to replace 14 year old vinyl windows in the entire house. Went to Nex-Gen after receiving an unsolicited recommendation. Ted promptly came to the house and gave us an estimate. Contract was made and after only 40 days received the date for install. Install team was careful and professional. Had a slight problem with a difficult bay window but Rick May came right out and corrected the problem, calling back and doing what he said he would do. That reliability was very important to us. We feel assured that should anything else present itself we can call Nex-Gen and they will follow up with us.

A few years ago, Nex-Gen replaced all our windows and slider doors in our Namaqua Hills home west of Loveland.
The total was 19 windows and 5 sliders.

Excellent products and expert installation. No problems so far and we are very satisfied with the result. Great people.

Only 4 weeks from time of order to installation, minor problem with installation was corrected next day.

Would use them again

This review is actually from Beulah Buis, my mother. She had Nex-Gen put new windows on both her house in Fort Collins, and a rental house in Loveland. She loves the product and work they did at both places. She got hail recently on her house in Fort Collins and called them to check for damage. Ted came within 4 days to check everything out. She would definitely recommend this company to anyone who owns a house.

Had nex-gen replace my 70s era windows recently. They were great to work with throughout the process, did a great job installing the Marvin windows and offered good pricing. I would recommend these guys for sure

A few months ago I researched different companies for our HOA because several neighbors had said they wanted to replace some or all of their windows. Of the four companies I checked, Nex-Gen was the one we all chose. Ted is great, friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. He has done work here for several residents. And now he's helping me too. I'm very happy working with Ted and I know I'll be happy with the windows that he'll have installed in my home!
