Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We had windows replaced by Nex-Gen. The windows operate very smoothly and block most of the heat from the sun. The installers, Iswad and Drew were very conscientious. They put coverings on the floor and furniture. They kept everything nice and tidy as they worked and even vacuumed when they were done.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. There was lots of communication and they patiently answered all of my questions. However, they didn't warn me about how much dust there would be. I would have done much more prep ahead of time than they recommend: remove all fabrics from the rooms (rugs, bedding, towels, etc). The installation crew even put my blinds back up. Very good quality windows. They fixed all of my water damage.

We have purposely waited to write this review. Our InfinityWindows were installed last July, 2019.
We have now gone through a summer and winter with them. There have been so many positives
On these windows. Our heating bills were down $30-40 per month through the winter. The house no longer felt drafty and cold. Summer good test was our master bedroom on the west side was stifling on hot days. No longer then case. the AC does not run nearly as much , and actually shuts off! My tracks on my windows are dirt free and no longer caked with mud after a long winter. Also external noises have diminished dramatically, the house is quiet.

Installation in the heat of the summer went well. Crew did there best to keep invasive material out of the house. No way it all could stay out, but they did excellent job of clean up. Very respectful at all times. Warranty work was...

Nex-Gen replaced my leaky windows with beautiful new windows that are sealed tight and will keep the rain out. I'm thrilled.

We called Nextgen regarding window replacement for our kitchen remodel because I wanted to eliminate the half moon windows above our kitchen sink and replace with just regular rectangular windows. Ted came out and after a quick assessment told us that we should go in another direction to benefit our project and financial investment. I can’t say enough about how helpful Ted was! And I so appreciated his candor regarding his knowledge of the business. He could have easily pushed us into a sale but didn’t. They don’t make salesmen and businesses like this anymore!
