Great company, great service, great pricing. They've replaced 11 windows over the last 2 years, we are very happy with Nex-Gen windows!

We had our upstairs windows replaced by NextGen Windows and Doors and now we’re having some downstairs windows and slider replaced. We had such an spectacular experience with Nex-Gen with our Window replacement a couple years ago that we didn't bother looking elsewhere when it came time to replace our back door. Just like before, our sales rep was informative, polite and friendly, plus the price was right in line with what we expected. We have had our infinity by Marvin windows now since March of 2020, and I love the professional look of the windows. They were very responsive and friendly through the entire process, the windows had cut our energy bill almost in half. The price of the windows are well worth what you get.

First - the infinity fiberglass product is beautiful! Our windows and sliding door are stunning!
Second - the product itself is outstanding. We happen to have them installed during the summer where we were in 95+ days and then the random snow fall and down to 37 - our A/C barely kicked on during the hot days and our house warmed up with a quickness when it was cold and snowy outside! Plus - our house is SO QUIET now - completely noticeable quiet!
Finally and most importantly - the level of service has been outstanding! From Ted in sales who took the time to get to know us and our needs and checked in on us the whole time...to Ish and Drew who spent the week with us installing - answering our countless questions, double checking the work, and becoming like family! They are talented, meticulous, and fun!
