Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We had our home resided and installed new storm door and main entry door. From 1st appointment for estimate we were treated with respect and felt no pressure to to make a quick decision or pressure to buy. We learned a lot from Ted our salesman who saved us several thousand dollars by explaining that not everything had to be replaced. When we made our final decision and placed our order everything moved along very smoothly. Brent, the owner of the company was responsive to our questions and has a wonderful office staff to efficiently handle anything that might come up. Questions and calls were returned promptly. Delivery and installers we equally efficient. They worked hard only stopped for a short lunch break and worked from sun up until sundown. When the job was finished Brent and his foreman came out to do a walk around to be sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction....

We love the doors they installed! They look so elegant. I smile every time I walk by them. This was somewhat complicated as they had to shorten a 6 foot window above our front door. It looks better now then ever before. We received wonderful advice and help from Ted. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

This experience was literally like a breath of fresh air for us. Every employee involved was professional, courteous, and left us with a job well done. Wendy kept in touch about times and dates. James and Dave installed 13 windows in frigid weather in just 2 days. They were respectful, neat, clean and did a perfect job. Clark checked in during the installation process, answered questions and then followed up to inspect their work the very next day after all the windows were in. We are also thankful to Steve for his expertise when he sold us on these windows and this company. We highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed. What a great company, genuine people and an excellent window product!

We have a fixer upper and had a few different brands of windows and doors installed. We did it in phases. We had some new vinyl windows installed and later a few Infinity from Marvin windows installed. The difference between the vinyl and Infinity is incredible. We later had an Infinity patio door installed. The Infinity quality is like no other! The noise reduction and temperature difference is very noticeable. They provide a bigger view and glide like butter! We will only go with Nex-Gen and Infinity from here on out! In addition, Nex-Gen’s team is wonderful. They truly care about the customer and go above a beyond to make sure the job is done right!

I really cant say enough about the entire experience. Especially in these most recent time's we are all going through.
Starting with Hunter taking my initial call, then Ted coming out to the house and helping with my decision making. Windy keeping me in the loop during the manufacturing process and finally, exactly on time meeting the installation crew, Ishwa and Drew.
Everyone treated me as if we had know each other for years. The job is A++ and they all let it be known that they will be here for me in the future when and if needed.

Superior service, installation, and product. Nex-Gen did a full window replacement on our two story home in Fort Collins on October 2020. Two months later, everything is still perfect about them. We chose many different window types for the house (double hung, awning, casement, half moon, sliders, oriels) and changed our minds several times through the design process including adding two new window openings. The thing that impressed us most about Nex-Gen was their patience through our design changes and that they ordered everything exactly right in the end. We met with 5 other window replacement companies to get bids. We ended up going with Nex-Gen due to their full frame installation (vs pocket) and the fiber glass Marvin windows having a slimmer profile and better heat tolerance for direct sunlight. We were really glad we went with Nex-Gen once the design process started...

Ted and the installers provided windows for us in our bedroom two years ago and we were so impressed with the quality of the windows and installation. Now two years later, Susie and I loved the quietness, the warmth in the wintertime, insulation from heat in summer and ease of cleaning of the windows that they installed. We are looking forward to having them now install windows in our dining room and a new French Door in our MBR this winter. Just a great company with consistently good people. Nex Gen replaced 6 windows in our 30 year old house and we couldn't be happier. Thier communication was top notch and they delivered when they said they would. The installers were courteous and professional and did a great job. I am an extremely picky person but can honestly say I found absolutely nothing wrong with their quality of work. Once finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been here other than seeing new windows. The painters also did an excellent job painting the new interior and exterior trims and cleaning up. If you are looking for quality windows, not big box store windows, Nex Gen is the way to go.
