we use nexgen again, still great and maintain good quality of their products and service.

Several of our builder graded windows badly need replacement in 2018. Since we were pretty new in Longmont. I went to home advisor looked for reliable brands and company for windows replacement. I had 9 interview set up at the time. NexGen was the only one stand out.( recommended by my neighbor ). From the sales representative Ted, very knowledgeable to their products and not intend to intimidate my decision making, to communicate with Hunter regarding setting up appointment for critical measurements and date for installation, to Rick to install the windows. The whole process was well organize and went smoothly. I was impressed and at ease we finally find a company we can rely on. Sure enough, this January, 5 more windows need replacement. The team at Nex Gen were great! Ted was a great salesmen, Shelby was super with the customer service side of things. Clark was great after the install, he came by after and inspected all the windows and doors, he noticed a small tear on one of the screens, the crew will come back out and take care of it, free of charge. The install crew were awesome, they showed up early, took care of the install, and our dogs did not get out while they were here. Overall a very great company, would recommend them anyone!

Nex-Gen did a great job with my sliding glass door replacement. I chose the Everwood finish so we could match our previous oak decor. The Marvin glass door is very solid and looks great. I loved being able to inspect all the hardware in Nex-Gen's showroom before our purchase. The work was very professional and the price was very good. As with any company, it does pay to inspect the work while it is in progress. I was able to have them fix a nit-picky concern during the install.

A major hailstorm damaged all the windows in our home so we needed our wood casement windows replaced. We were dreading this major undertaking. But our experience was amazingly pleasant with NexGen from beginning to the end. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were professional, polite, and very thoughtful in every way. Our Marvin Infinity Windows have passed the test in every way. We highly recommend NexGen!

We got half of our windows done a few years back and they are all very personable and efficient. Marvin windows are great quality. We are hiring them again for a few more. Ted is wonderful!

Friendly staff & great windows

I saw the great reviews this company had when I was first looking for new windows. Ted did not disappoint in explaining the product, and he gave me a good price. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for windows.

We had to replace 3 very old windows in our home and chose Nex-Gen based on recommendation. The Nex-Gen team was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The windows are excellent quality and they took care to make sure that the job was done right.

We visited the Nex-Gen showroom in Fort Collins. The salesman was helpful and informative but not pushy. We had another salesman visit us at home and give us some ideas. He asked for our business but was not pushy. He understood that I was dealing with the death of my father, and also understood that we were in the middle of refinancing, and he and his supervisor worked with us in a patient and polite manner. When the windows arrived the efficient and polite crew did the installation in 2 days. A week later two painters arrived and carefully painted the inside framework for us. During a recent severe cold spell we noticed an improvement in how our house retains heat better and our north-facing windows no longer are cold. We also noticed that we don't hear as much vehicle noise as we did before. We are happy customers of Nex-Gen Windows in Fort Collins.

From the beginning of contacting Nex-Gen to finish of the project the process was smooth and without hassle. We had considered other brands but the Marvin windows with the fiberglass technology were the most superior and by far the best value from what we were quoted from other companies. Our window installers and finishers were professional and trustworthy. Our house is now more quiet, comfortable and safe! Ted and his team are great.
