I was extremely pleased with my next-gen windows and the installation process. It started with Justin Cropper coming out and explaining everything to us in detail. Then the team followed up by Neil Horn were excellent. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they finished exactly on time. Everyone
Was extremely caring and courteous throughout the entire installation. These windows are awesome to clean and operate, And they come with a warranty that lasts for our time here and will transfer to a new owner if we sell. This process from beginning to end was not stressful and very easy and pleasant experience.

We recently replaced eight windows with Nex-Gen windows. We LOVE them! Everyone at Nex-Gen was nice, hard-working, and true craftsmen. Juan and his helper did a magnificent job on the staining. Several weeks later, Mike came over to install some handles, which he did very quickly. He then asked what else he could do for me. He ended up finishing two other tasks that I hadn't even scheduled yet. Mike delivered a level of customer service that I am not accustomed to. We will be purchasing more windows from Nex-Gen!

We purchased 7 windows from Ted the salesman. He is very knowledgeable. The quotes he gives you are very reasonable. They are high quality windows and the service, installation mechanics are excellent. I highly recommend them.

Nick and Gabe from Nex-Gen did a great job installing an exterior entry door and storm door to my home! Both Nick and Gabe were courteous and respectful of my home. They were knowledgeable and displayed problem-solving skills, as well as time management. Nex-Gen is an awesome company to work with if you are looking to get new doors or windows. I worked with them to get new doors installed where I live. The process of ordering, and installation was easy and I love my new door!

A lock installation was needed on the door. Mike came out to do the installation. He showed up in the time window and was extremely professional. He took the time to show me how the new lock works. I couldn't be happier with choosing Nex-Gen as the company to provide this service for me!
