Thank You Neil! Our home has the original wood windows and Next Gen’s Neil Horn gave us a free and comprehensive examination of each window for any apparent failures. As it turns out, the windows are in good shape and Neil shared some very helpful tips on how we can extend their life for another 5 or more years. We will definitely be contacting Next-Gen when the time is right to replace them!

Nex-Gen runs their company how a company should be run. We received three quotes for new windows for our home and Nex-Gen was very competitive and offered the best value for the price. Every person we have dealt with throughout the process has been amazing - cordial and professional from start to finish - and we couldn't be happier with our windows and how great they look. This is truly a family run business. Ted, the father of the owner, provided our quote. Garrett and Colin, nephews of the owner, did the install along with Tony who has been with the company 25+ years. Nexgen installed my windows back in 2016, but recently I was having trouble locking several of them. Called to report the issue and they had Mark come out a couple days later, he was efficient and respectful. Taught me how to adjust the window to fix the problem. He was friendly with my dog and pleasant to interact with. And, this follow appointment was free! Very much appreciated!

The Nex-Gen Windows team was incredible. My girlfriend Amy and I got seven windows replaced/installed. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I received 3 different bids (NG, Anderson, and Champion) on replacement windows for my house. NextGen came in very competitive (nearly equal to the lowest cost) and had better financing options. The windows are good quality and simple to use/clean. The salesman (Clark M.) was knowledgeable, helpful, low-pressure, and displayed a genuine interest in ensuring the whole process went smoothly (education/options, ordering, updates, and check-in after install). Their install team was top-notch too. They were personable, accommodating (furniture, pets, roommate's needs, landscaping, etc), very efficient and took care to keep the area clean while installing each window. I had nearly 30 windows to install and they were done in a day and a half. Alberto and his team are f'in' amazing!

Clark had a good presentation to show why Next-Gen windows were a good investment along with all the options available to me as far as color and style. I was very impressed with Alberto and his crew who showed up ready to work and they did a great job with the installation. Alberto saw a few potential problem areas in the basement and included me in the decision making which was awesome. I trusted him enough to let him decide what was best. One handle was missing and Don made sure I got it as quickly as possible. This company is great at communication and I knew what to expect!
