Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

Nex-Gen designed & installed a bay window to replace an ugly dining room window. The bay window with plants makes the dining room look like a sunroom!! Neil and Mike made the installation service a great experience!!

It started with the salesman, Neil, he is a kind, genuine, and honest man. He only states was is true and makes the process easy, understandable, and was on site during installation as well. We did a walk through and looked at each window, inside and outside to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He spot cleaned a window to make sure that when he walked away, I did not have to do anything. Kacey and Mike were the installers. I could not have asked for better guys to work with. Their work was impeccable, they paid attention to every detail. Mike even helped with making sure everything was out the way and off the walls so nothing would get ruined. Kacey, the lead installer, was very professional, but took the time to love up on the dog, and engage with my grandson(he was forever in the way). A couple of the screens were damaged in shipping and Neil insisted that some money was held...

We had a bay window replaced and it was not an easy project but the installers did a fantastic job. Kacey was a perfectionist on every detail and he explained everything -in layman's terms- on what we might need to know or do. He even found a problem with our home that we needed to address ASAP to keep water damage out. The window looks amazing and we are so glad we picked Nex-Gen and will use them for more window replacement in the future.

We love everything about our new windows. Ted came to our home and gave us ideas on what style windows would work best. They are perfect! We love the stationary center glass with the vertical side sliding windows. Highly recommend Next-Gen and we are now looking at replacing our front door with them.

Nex-Gen was a fabulous partner in the daunting task of replacing all of the windows in my home. There was no question that Neil Horn couldn’t answer with great detail and enthusiasm. I felt that my priorities (cost and quality) were highly valued and they stayed true to them to the end of the project. The installation was on time and the crew was hard working and approachable. Neil even came back a few days later to seal some of the cracks in the pre-existing exterior area around the new frames. The windows are a great quality! There has been construction on my street this week. In the past, I would have needed to rescheduled meetings because of the noise. With the new windows, I barely notice the work going on, there are no bugs or dust getting in, AND they look great.

Great experience working with Neil Horn. He listened to the issues I was having with my current windows and provided a suggestion that would address those concerns. Gave me a great deal on higher quality windows than the other quotes I received. Checked in after installation to make sure I was satisfied. Will be using Nex-Gen and Neil again!

NexGen replaced all of the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier! We had several quotes and decided to go with NexGen. Neil came over and did an excellent job explaining about the windows, installation, awesome warranty and all that. He helped us pick out windows when visiting their showroom and also a ProVia front door and kitchen door. Nate and Arthur did a great job installing the windows and kitchen door. Seth and Tony installed the front door impeccably. From start to finish we were super happy! The Infinity windows are amazing! Glass is cool to the touch, even on hot days. Very energy efficient!
