Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We contacted Nex-Gen Windows and Doors about replacing several of our 37 year old casement windows as well as an entry door in early April 2023. We met with Steve (a Nex-Gen Sales Consultant) about our project. We were very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors, the myriad of options available to us, and the price.

We ordered our windows and door and were amazed how much earlier our purchase arrived than expected. We were able to schedule our installation about a week later.

The Team of Neil, Steve, Dustin, and Arthur arrived early on June 6, 2023, to perform the installation. I was quite surprised that the entire installation was completed by early afternoon.
Neil walked around with us to look at the installation of each window and our door to make sure we were
satisfied and to answer any questions we might have about the features...

Great communication, quality of the windows and installation were fantastic. Ruben and Neil were great!

Dustin and Arther did a great job with the window installation😊. Neil also did a great job of following up with his team and made sure I was happy with the windows

Love Neil and Shane. The windows are great looked at Anderson Champion and others and am extremely pleased

Love my new windows!
Roberto and his crew worked very hard and efficiently to get all 7 windows installed in one day. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Chris exercised with the custom staining, fix and touch up of the interior casing. It turned out perfect..
Neil is the MVP, following up during the project and a special trip when all was done to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thank you so much for my windows and good experience.

Everyone I dealt with at Nex-Gen was professional and dependable. The project went according to the timeframe they set and the estimated cost. Neil Horn kept me informed and kept up with scheduling and overseeing the project. Louis and his crew are true craftsmen and Louis was great at keeping me informed as well. I am so happy with my new space--light and airy but also more private.
