Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

OMG I am so happy with my Mervyn glass fiberglass framed windows. I chose these frames because they were able to stain the frames to match my beautiful interior woodwork frames plus the bronze exterior frames. I started with sliding glass doors and stationary windows first then a few years later finished the rest. Not only have I noticed how these windows keeps outside noise drastically reduced but my energy bill for air conditioning is reduce. So easy to clean inside and outside which I usually just hose off saving me so much time. Ted my rep was so helpful and always there for me for every question I had plus I made a new friend . I compared all the other window and they just didn't match up to Nex Gen Mervyn glass. My friend just did hers and loves them as much as I do.

Having our windows done with Nex-_Gen was undoubtedly the best home improvement we’ve ever had done. Neil was very informative about the whole process and very accommodating with my changes. Steve was so precise with all his measurements and did an excellent job installing.

Windows haven't been installed and I have no ETA yet. Doors aren't ready. The ordering experience went fast, as did the payment.

We appreciate Nex-Gen's commitment to quality and attention to detail from the start to finish. The ordering process was easy (Neil, our design consultant, listened to us and steered us to exactly what we were looking for) and everything happened according to schedule - a first for us. Over the last 10 years, we have had to replace almost all of the windows in our home. We have done it in stages, and have wound up using 4 different window/door installers. Some experiences have been good. Some have been nightmares. Our experience with Nex-Gen has been, by far, the best! With NexGen we have had no regrets and have enjoyed the unique experience of seeing the whole project progress smoothly, according to schedule, and resulting in making our home more beautiful and functional because of these lovely new windows, expertly installed.

Couldn't be happier with NexGen! Craig Mace guided us through the initial process, taking the time to explain and measure everything and discuss options. We had all the windows in the house replaced, and are happy with every single one. Edmanuel, Rick, and Jerry were an awesome installation crew.

Our customer service experience with Nex-Gen windows from start to finish was amazing. Our sales rep Clark Mace provided great insight and transparency into the product design quality and warranty and kept us informed about our order status thru the entire process. Brian our installer was very friendly and timely installing our windows. His PM Don stopped by during install to ensure everything was being completed to our satification. Afterwards Brian was dillgent in cleaning the job site up thoroughly. Clark stopped by immediately after to reivew the install and ensure we were 100% satisified with everything. Highly recommend using NexGen for your window replacement.

The Next Gen Team did a great job with the replacement windows. I noticed right away the difference in the heat that the windows were blocking out. The team was very easy to work with and the quality of the windows is great.

( they were ).Dan the project manager was also great. Stopped by during installation to make sure things were good and followed up when project was done. Mile high did the installment of my windows. Great group of guys. Worked fast and clean. I recommended Nex-Gen to two of my neighbor s . They both are now getting their windows done by Nex-Gen. My windows are amazing. Nex-Gen is definitely at 5 star company.
