The ordering process and installation was smooth and easy.

After purchasing our home 2 years ago, we knew most of the windows needed replacing. Then the hail came, so we bit the bullet and decided to replace all 15 windows and the patio door as well. We started our homework and research and came up with 4 different companies to have come and show us their product.
As a daughter of a Sears salesman during years of 1970 to 2002, I use to watch him sell appliances to every walk of life. He was one of the few salesmen that tried to sell you what YOU wanted and could afford, not what THEY wanted him to sell you. And he was honest. Still a salesman, but honest. This is what I found in Ted Rajewski. He was efficient, smart and honest.

We received excellent service in replacing two large windows in our house. Measurement was expertly done and the windows were delivered on time. The price was reasonable. The installation crew were prompt and both the installation and its supervision excellent. We know because the weather turned really cold so we knew for sure. We have also had a followup visit. This is a local business so I know I can contact them for any additional followup I want.

Their windows appear to be good units. Initially, we had trouble with drainage on slider windows that was eventually remedied, but it took a number of visits to achieve a solution. In the end, it was determined to be a manufacturer-caused issue that once analyzed, was easily remedied. We had damage from a bad hail storm and they lived up to their warranty policy with replacement/repair.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Ted Rajewski went above and beyond to help me design and choose a new front door! He was prompt in responding to my texts and came to my home more than once to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. As a customer I was listened to and valued.

Several years ago, Nex-Gen installed Marvin windows in our home. We were extremely pleased with the care and professionalism of the team. Recently, we had an older Marvin patio door with a slight problem. We contacted Nex-Gen. Cari, the receptionist, was very nice. Mike called to set up an appointment to look at the patio door. Again, we were very pleased with the service provided.

We reached out about replacing our windows. We had other quotes but felt pressured and that they weren't listening to what we wanted. Then Ted came over, listened to what we wanted, quoted what we wanted and didn't pressure us into more. Fast forward a couple of months and we were ready to move forward. Ted came back, answered our questions, never pressured us and never over sold us! We are so happy to be working with Ted and NexGen windows! We highly recommend them!!

Windows were installed and I cannot recommend them enough!! The installation was quick and went smoothly. Neil, Shane and Shanoin (sp?) were great with the installation!!

Good quality products and quick work during the installation. Personnel were responsive to concerns. Scheduling the installation was a bit challenging.

Years ago i installed replacement windows fro, NEX-GEN. So when I needed a new storm and main front door, i called them. After talking with other companies, I chose Nex-Gen. I am very pleased. The doors are tight, strong, substantial and easy to open and close. They feel and look great! The installers were pleasant and did a good job.
