First to get a 5 star rating would be Clark. What a great salesman! Helps that he is a friend as well. He knows his business. Next, Steve & Arthur the install crew. Efficient, pleasant, outstanding work. Couldn't say a bad word about our experience at all. Love our new windows. Hopefully I won't feel the cold breeze in my office in the winter months. I don't think I will. Thank you to all of you!

Kudos to Steve, Tony, Kasey, Don, Shane and Matt! Everyone we worked with throughout the process of selecting, ordering and installing has been very professional and patient. The installation crew was on time and completed the installation incredibly quickly and the workmanship is top notch! Everyone on the installation crew was very good. Kasey, Shane and Matt are absolute superstars!

I'm the maintenance manager at Cycle Apartments and used them for a large project at my property. Neil always answered all my questions and was on top of the project from start to finish. Mike also made sure everything was taken care of for us as well. Great team and company to work with.

We hired Nex-Gen for new windows in the front of our house. Not only were they very patient with us, but they also were not pushy in the slightest. Neil was our point of contact, and I am very grateful for all he did; we had him jump through many hoops to ensure we got what we wanted, and he did it all with a smile. Steve and Arthur performed the installation. They did a phenomenal job and were highly courteous and mindful of our home. Don followed up with his crew after installation to ensure everything looked good and we were happy. I can say this; I only wish more contractors held themselves to as high of a standard as Nex-Gen does. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone; I am a customer for life.

Nex-Gen designed & installed a bay window to replace an ugly dining room window. The bay window with plants makes the dining room look like a sunroom!! Neil and Mike made the installation service a great experience!!

It started with the salesman, Neil, he is a kind, genuine, and honest man. He only states was is true and makes the process easy, understandable, and was on site during installation as well. We did a walk through and looked at each window, inside and outside to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He spot cleaned a window to make sure that when he walked away, I did not have to do anything. Kacey and Mike were the installers. I could not have asked for better guys to work with. Their work was impeccable, they paid attention to every detail. Mike even helped with making sure everything was out the way and off the walls so nothing would get ruined. Kacey, the lead installer, was very professional, but took the time to love up on the dog, and engage with my grandson(he was forever in the way). A couple of the screens were damaged in shipping and Neil insisted that some money was held...

We had a bay window replaced and it was not an easy project but the installers did a fantastic job. Kacey was a perfectionist on every detail and he explained everything -in layman's terms- on what we might need to know or do. He even found a problem with our home that we needed to address ASAP to keep water damage out. The window looks amazing and we are so glad we picked Nex-Gen and will use them for more window replacement in the future.
