Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

We love our new windows and door. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the installation process. The guys left nails on our roof which we asked them to clean up, but noticed they were still there after they left. Also they use dirty floor covers and walked through my home I got a metal splinter from the dirty floor covers which was very difficult to remove. Also the effort they take to protect your belongings is mediocre at best. We had to clean everything because there was dust covering everything once they were finished. Overall, happy with the windows and other interactions, but please do better with your installs.

We replaced our upstairs windows with Marvin 7 years ago. Ted did a great job of showing and explaining the Marvin windows. We are now going to replace all our main level windows, ( 8 windows) with Marvin. We are once again very pleased with Ted and the Nex-Gen staff.

I highly recommend Nex-Gen Window & Doors! We've worked with Ted over three different projects to replace all of our windows and patio door. The Marvin Infinity window is awesome; a huge improvement over our home's original windows! For a quality product, professional service, and great value, Nex-Gen is great!

We put Marvin windows in our prior home and loved them. When we found ourselves needing new windows in our current home we knew we wanted to get a quote from Nex-Gen. We knew it was going to be a costly but necessary venture. We got the quote and ordered the windows in October. The window openings were measured multiple times. By the beginning of December the windows arrived and were expertly installed in 2 1/2 days. (This was over 20 windows plus creating a large sliding door where a window had been.) I can’t say enough good things about Nex-Gen. By the way, Nex-Gen was significantly less costly than Anderson and despite repeated attempts, Pella would never return our calls and e-mails.

I recently had 5 windows and 3 sliding glass doors replaced by Nex-gen. I could not be happier with the service and products they provided. Ted came out and offered some changes to an existing kitchen window that turned out beautifully. Every person I worked with was professional, kind and very respectful of my property. I will never hesitate to recommend this company.

Dan did exceptional with getting our windows ordered and was very thorough when explaining the details of the project. Robert Herrera was an excellent installer and came with a top-notch crew to complete the window replacement in my home. Also Neil was great and came by twice during the instal to ensure that we received exactly what we paid for. They also went through a final walk through and showed us how the windows operate and explained all the warranty information we needed to know. We contacted Nex-Gen Windows and Doors about replacing several of our 37 year old casement windows as well as an entry door in early April 2023. We met with Steve (a Nex-Gen Sales Consultant) about our project. We were very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors, the myriad of options available to us, and the price.

We ordered our windows and door and were amazed how much earlier our purchase arrived than expected. We were able to schedule our installation about a week later.

The Team of Neil, Steve, Dustin, and Arthur arrived early on June 6, 2023, to perform the installation. I was quite surprised that the entire installation was completed by early afternoon.
