Odd first call to schedule an appointment. Person on phone acted suspicious of me. Will not provide estimate unless husband is also present, when he and I have agreed I would be the decision maker. Asked me if I had power of attorney for him. Will look elsewhere.

Mike was great repairing my broken window. He also added a latch for my patio screen door. Mike, Lexi and Nex-Gen have been awesome, I love my windows. And this recent repair was a great experience (the broken window was my fault 🙂) - they were great with scheduling and communicating. I highly recommend Nex-Gen windows!

I wanted to give a shout out for Nex-Gen and Ted Rajewski. In 2017 we installed 24 windows from Nex-Gen in our mountain home and are 100% satisfied with their quality and durability even at extreme weather conditions. Now we are considering exterior doors for the same home to complete the renovation. We were excited to see Ted again at our home to discuss this additional product and will be anxious to see it through completion this year. These guys are the best and I'm a returning customer to prove it.

Our experience with Next-Gen windows was a wild ride.

They replaced the windows in our home in the fall of 2022. Their crew worked fairly quickly through the installation, but they also made a number of deviations from the plan; installing low grade composite board window sills when they 'didn't have the appropriate wood on hand' for the solid wood sills we had paid for and installing a 3" tall frame at the base of our sliding door instead of reframing the top of the opening, unnecessarily creating a tripping hazard in hopes of finishing our job more quickly. Ultimately they rectified these issues only after we complained repeatedly.

All seemed well and our new windows were warmer than the previous ones as the cold weather arrived. Flash forward to the spring of 2023, and when we received the first spring rains, multiple windows immediately began leaking...
