Steve Banda is a first-class salesman with 40+ years in the business of windows/doors, he's straight-forward, honest, and doesn't come across with high-pressure sales tactics! I truly appreciated the time he took to fully explain the window services to me from A-Z! The whole process ran like a Swiss Watch and the installation crew worked beautifully as a team! Neil, Dustin and Aurther were beyond fantastic! The three of them are clearly experienced professionals in their respective fields. Dustin and Aurther replaced 3 windows in a few hours with minimal intrusion. The windows look great and they did a great job cleaning up. Neil is incredibly knowledgeable not only about the products but also with educating the homeowner about little things they can do to help keep the windows working well for the lifetime of the window. I am very impressed with my experience and I highly recommend Nex-Gen and especially Neil, Dustin and Aurther to anyone who is in need or thinking about replacing their windows.

My wife and I reached out to several companies when we started shopping for windows. When we called Nextgen, Neil Horn offered to come out to our house when I got off work at 10pm. Neil is honestly one of the most genuine and polite people I have ever met. Neil showed us different options and was anything but pushy. When we decided to go with Nextgen, Neil was able to answer every single question we had. Once the windows were ordered, we were told to expect the construction and shipping to take upwards of 5 months. 3 months later, we were scheduled for install. Neil and Don both came and oversaw the install on both of the days Ruben and his team were here. Ruben and his crew were timely and so polite. They wore shoe covers in our house, laid plastic down on the floors and covered our furniture to avoid dust getting on everything. I was asked to look over their work multiple times but...
