Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

Happy with my window replacement - began 11/15/2024 and ended 3/5/2025. A vast improvement.

From the people at the Home Show, the salesperson and the installer, Nex-Gen Windows and Doors is a top notch organization. They all take pride in their work. There prices are reasonable, we got a top of the line front entry door for less than we were quoted by other installers. I highly recommend Nex-Gen Windows and Doors

My home is old, built in 1980, I bought it that year. It is totally electric, because at that time there were no gas taps available. Our city recently increased the rates again, 5% for each of the last five years, and this year by 6.5%. We also have a TOU (time of use) charge - ours in the winter is from 5 to 9 pm, and they charge four times as much per kWh during that time. I've been wanting to have my windows replaced as in the winter the heat seems to just go out the windows. I got four bids from local contractors. Nex-Gen was not the lowest, but their bid was the most comprehensive (it included everything - two of the other bids would have required having another company do finish work). Great experience start to finish. My man Steve could sell a window to a submariner. He was very patient through our tire kicking and we never felt pressured. Mike was responsive during the install and was able to get the staining folks out quickly and again for touch up. Wouldn’t hesitate to use for my next window project.

Nex-Gen was fantastic. Neil and Ruben were very conscientious and professional. All the workers were top notch and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

NexGen replaced our front door. The timeframe for the door to be be made matched the expectations NexGen seta - took about 10 weeks. The Provia door is a huge upgrade from the original. Once it was shipped, they scheduled the install for the next week. Mitch did a great job installing the door.

Nex-Gen is an awesome company to work with if you are looking to get new doors or windows. I worked with them to get new doors installed where I live. The process of ordering, and installation was easy and I love my new door!

Jacob and the installation crew were very professional and did their best to properly install both the window and the door. They had difficulties getting the door to align correctly but worked at it and were successful. The locking bolt that came with the door did not work properly so Jacob went to the shop and got a new one to fix the problem. One suggestion I have is that they need to provide drop cloths on the inside of the house. They did take their shoes off for the bedroom window installation when they were in the house which I appreciated, but I had to provide the drop cloths in the bedroom on the carpet. All of the team were very courteous and respectful of my property. When the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned the work site.

Working with Next Gen was a positive experience. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and responded to follow up questions. The measure appointment was quick and easy. And the install team did a great job and was respectful of our house.
