It was a pleasure to work with Nex- Gen. We had all of our windows and a sliding glass door replaced with Infinity from Marvin. We are very pleased with the product and the windows we chose allow us to wash them from the inside which is a huge plus in our 2-story home. There has been a noticeable difference in retaining heat in the winter and reducing dust since the windows were installed.

The company has been amazing to work with. Phone calls were returned promptly, everyone involved showed up on time and worked efficiently. I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with our new Nex-Gen windows! Everything about the process of getting them ordered and installed was flawless. Mitch came to give us the quotes, and was delightful. The guys who actually installed the windows were professional and masters at what they do. And now we have the best looking house in the neighborhood thanks to our new windows. The builder grade windows that came with our ten year old house already had moisture in between the glass and were foggy and had rainbow hues. From the sale of the windows to the installation of the windows went great. When it came time for installation they showed up on time and kept everything cleaned up as they worked. Good people providing good service while selling, installing and servicing good windows at a good price. Everyone I had contact with deserves kudos among whom were the installers Eduardo and Noah and a special shout out to Mike DeYoung, the service tech, for service above and beyond. The only administrative glitch was with a loan I received but didn’t get any info or papers to sign, so I paid with a credit card but wish there had been a better way to pay without maxing out my card. Of the three bids we received, Next Gen was the most affordable and importantly, the most responsive. They replaced our front door and 5 upstairs windows in less than a day. They explained their process and made sure we understood what to expect. The install crew were all very nice and courteous.
