Hiring Newly Restored Hard Surface Cleaning & Restoration was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Within an hour of requesting a quote, Kapp Brown was onsite to evaluate my request and had a proposal back to me later the same day. Scheduling the appointment for the work was also extremely easy and efficient. The office staff (Dani) and technicians that performed the exterior cleaning work on my property (Ryan, Andrew, and Brandon) are all super friendly, flexible, and dedicated to their work. My windows, siding, roof, and hardscaping have been revitalized and now look practically brand new again. Highly recommend hiring them for any cleaning and restorative work you may need!

Andrew and Ryan went above and beyond in cleaning our vents. The vents were very dirty and worse than expected, yet they took extra time and care to be sure they did a great job cleaning them as best they could. They were courteous, friendly and thorough.
I would definitely recommend this company. They are a pleasure to work with.

Today I had my carpet cleaned by Andrew and Ryan. they did the best job that they were able to do considering the problems on the carpet. They worked especially hard on the high traffic areas. They were courteous and explained what they were doing to me. They also told me about other things that they do. I will be contacting Newly Restored for power washing and windows in the spring. I couldn't have been more pleased.
