My appointment was Monday at 1pm. It's currently Friday and I haven't purchased a vape or taken a hit from one since I walked out of there. I could never quit cigarettes but somehow switched about 2 years ago to just a nicotine vape. I had tried everything from gums, patches, and Chantix. When I went to see Brian on Monday I was ready to put the vape down. I can't say this was easy, because I had an entire emotional attachment just from always holding it. I have had many thoughts but the thoughts were able to be pushed aside and cravings, like real cravings, nonexistent.
