So, there is nothing to clean up when we are done. Next we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk on the floors as soon as were done.

Mr Sandless came and did my floors last week. They look amazing! We are so happy with the results and highly recommend them! If your floors are worn and stain has faded they’ll make them look brand new again!

Emmanuel, landen and guss are absolutely the best crew hands down. They arrived on time, ready to work. Moved my furniture with care. Emmanuel spoke to me about the process and how long it could be. I have enjoyed working with Mr. Sandless. He is very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and was interested in addressing the concerns that I shared. I had my kitchen, dining room and front room done by Mr Sandless. They did and excellent job and were very professional and polite. The floors look a 100% better! I can honestly feel good to recommend this company to anyone who wants to greatly improve the look and appearance of their hardwoods.

The Mr Sandless crew did a fantastic job refinishing the floor of my sunroom which was damaged from exposure and a few doggie accidents over the years. The process was free from dust! The crew was friendly and professional, explaining the steps and keeping me informed of progress. I highly recommend Mr Sandless.

We had a nightmare situation with our hardwood floors where a handyman applied a stain that caused damage all over. The Mr. Sandless crew spent all day fixing our floors. They also went the extra mile to fix any remains issues and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this service!
