So, there is nothing to clean up when we are done. Next we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk on the floors as soon as were done.

We are so pleased with our refinished floors by Mr. Sandless crew. The team showed up on time, explained everything they would do, and were professional in every aspect.

We had inline vent covers put in and they stained them to match our floors - outstanding!

The team added two coats of stain, which added enough color taking away the orangey look it previously had. Our stair treads were also done, very tedious for we had white painted risers and spindles. All-in-all it turned out GREAT. We can’t say enough good things about the work that was done and how pleased we are. Thank you Mr. Sandless.

I reached out to Mr. Ed Mc Kean, at KFC after seeing the advertisement on his beautiful truck. He gave me his business card and I called the very next day. Stephanie called and scheduled me for an estimate. Within days Mr. Wayne came out and gave me a quote for my damaged wood floor due to water overflow he also gave me a discount after speaking to Mr. Ed
Stephanie then called and scheduled a date for the job. Mr. Trey came to do the work, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the job. He showed and explained what had to be done as he went about his job. I am very impressed about the service I received, from the very beginning to the end and I highly recommend this company.
