We use a high-speed machine with a wet non-toxic solution to prepare the floor. So that anything that comes off the floor will stay contained in the solution. So, there is nothing to clean up when we are done. Next we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk on the floors as soon as were done.

I recently had my hallway restored and decided to go with Mr. Sandless, and I don’t regret it. Trey was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. My hallway was in pretty bad shape but they restored it to new and even matched the existing finish on my living room floors almost perfectly. Highly recommended!

I am so very pleased with Mr Sandless. They arrived as promised, cleared out room of furniture and began by 9 o'clock.

They finished and it was dry by 3. Able for humans to walk on with socks by dunner time and dogs the next day.

Color and shine are beautiful and you can't beat the price. there was less dust than when they started (which was there because of normal everyday dust).

It's a family owned business and Grandson Landin did our floors. He is excellent! Everyone I dealt with at company were most kind and efficient.

I can't thank them enough for saving me from having to face any floor sanding.

Our hardware floor had several patches of scratches, damage and sun fading in the most used area. I contacted Mr Sandless of Central NC for help and set the date for the repair. The technician, Emmanual arrived on time and explained the process and what I could expect. He took great care to get everything right. When he was done, I was amazed! The scratches were gone, the color was back and the damaged area was seamlessly blended back with the rest of the hardware floor! I'm grateful for the skill Emmanual applied and our floor is once again the highlight of the home, all at a very reasonable cost!

Mister Sandless was one of the best investments I've made on my home. after years of looking at scuffed floors with excessive wax build up, their team fixed it in a day. The floors look new, which brighten up the entire area. Can't recommend them highly enough.
